CleanerPlace is growing and we are looking for motivated people to join our team. We service 750+ short-let properties across Malta and Gozo, delivering hotel-standard cleaning and maintenance for Airbnb hosts and property managers.
All roles are based in Malta. If you are relocating from outside the EU, we will support you with residency and work permit applications.

Cleaner
Deliver hotel-standard turnover cleans for short-let properties across Malta and Gozo.
Cleaning Supervisor
Lead and coordinate cleaning teams across short-let properties, ensuring quality standards are met on every turnover.
Maintenance Technician
Handle repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance for short-let properties across Malta and Gozo.
Delivery Driver
Move clean linen, guest amenities, and supplies between our laundry hub and short-let properties across Malta and Gozo.
Laundry Personnel
Process linen and towels to hotel standards at our central laundry hub, supporting turnovers across Malta and Gozo.
Operations Manager
Oversee daily logistics, fleet management, and staff coordination across our short-let cleaning operation in Malta and Gozo.
Logistics Coordinator (Remote or On-site)
Manage rosters on Connecteam and coordinate client bookings for our short-let cleaning operation. Remote or on-site in Malta.
Quality Control Supervisor
Carry out on-site inspections across short-let properties and ensure CleanerPlace cleaning standards are met on every turnover.
Area Manager
Manage clusters of properties across Malta and Gozo, owning direct client relationships and the day-to-day performance of your area.
