Laundry Personnel
The Role
We are looking for experienced Laundry Personnel to join our central laundry operation. You will wash, dry, iron, and pack linen and towels to the hotel standards our property managers expect. Volumes are high during peak season, so efficiency, attention to detail, and care for the equipment are essential.
What You'll Do
- Sort, wash, and dry linen and towels according to fabric type and stain level
- Iron and fold sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels to hotel standard
- Pack linen sets per property and label them for delivery
- Treat stains and flag items that need replacement
- Operate and maintain industrial washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely
- Keep the laundry area clean, organised, and stocked with detergents and supplies
- Track linen inventory and report shortages to the operations team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or hotel laundry operation
- Hands-on experience with industrial washers, dryers, and ironing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak periods
- Reliability and good time-keeping
- Spoken English for communication with the operations team
Location Requirement
This role is based in Malta. You must be living in Malta or willing to relocate to Malta to take up this position. We operate across all areas of Malta and Gozo, and you will be assigned to properties in your local area.
