Logistics Coordinator (Remote or On-site)

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, organised Logistics Coordinator to keep our cleaning operation flowing. You will manage staff rosters in Connecteam, take in client bookings, and assign the right team to the right property at the right time. This role can be performed remotely or on-site at our Malta office — what matters is reliability, communication, and an eye for the schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain weekly staff rosters in Connecteam
  • Receive client booking requests and schedule them against staff availability
  • Coordinate last-minute changes, cancellations, and same-day requests
  • Communicate daily schedules to cleaners, drivers, and supervisors
  • Track booking confirmations and keep the operations calendar accurate
  • Liaise with property managers and clients on timing and access details
  • Flag scheduling conflicts and capacity issues to the Operations Manager

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years in scheduling, dispatching, or logistics coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Connecteam (or a similar workforce management tool)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable juggling multiple bookings, clients, and priorities at once
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working space if working remotely
  • Available across the working week, including peak booking days

Location Requirement

This role is based in Malta. You must be living in Malta or willing to relocate to Malta to take up this position. We operate across all areas of Malta and Gozo, and you will be assigned to properties in your local area.

Residency Permit Support

If you are relocating from outside the EU, don't worry — we will support you with any residency and work permit applications. We have experience helping team members through the process and will guide you every step of the way.
