Cleaner
The Role
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. As a CleanerPlace cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering hotel-standard turnover cleans for short-let properties across Malta and Gozo. This includes full property cleaning between guest stays, linen changes, restocking amenities, and damage reporting.
What You'll Do
- Perform full turnover cleans of apartments and villas between guest check-outs and check-ins
- Change and set up fresh bed linen and towels to hotel standards
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms thoroughly
- Restock guest amenities (toiletries, coffee, welcome packs)
- Report any property damage or maintenance issues
- Follow CleanerPlace checklists and quality standards on every job
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Physical fitness for an active, hands-on role
- Spoken and written English
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
Location Requirement
This role is based in Malta. You must be living in Malta or willing to relocate to Malta to take up this position. We operate across all areas of Malta and Gozo, and you will be assigned to properties in your local area.
Residency Permit Support
If you are relocating from outside the EU, don't worry — we will support you with any residency and work permit applications. We have experience helping team members through the process and will guide you every step of the way.
