Operations Manager
The Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day delivery. You will oversee logistics, fleet management, and staff coordination across cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and delivery teams. This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a high-tempo, hospitality-driven operation and wants real responsibility for how a growing business runs.
What You'll Do
- Own daily operations across cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and delivery teams
- Coordinate staff rosters, shift cover, and on-call rotations
- Manage the company vehicle fleet — servicing, fuel, insurance, and route planning
- Set and monitor operational KPIs (turnover times, quality scores, on-time delivery)
- Handle escalations from supervisors, drivers, and property managers
- Work with the Logistics Coordinator to align rosters with the booking pipeline
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new operational staff alongside HR
- Continuously improve processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or hospitality management
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with rostering and operations software (Connecteam or similar)
- A valid driving licence and good knowledge of Malta and Gozo
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Calm, decisive, and people-focused leadership style
Location Requirement
This role is based in Malta. You must be living in Malta or willing to relocate to Malta to take up this position. We operate across all areas of Malta and Gozo, and you will be assigned to properties in your local area.
