Quality Control Supervisor
The Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to be the guardian of our cleaning standards. You will visit properties across Malta and Gozo, inspect turnovers against our checklists, and work with cleaning teams to fix issues on the spot. Your eye for detail directly protects our reputation with property managers and guests.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site inspections of properties after turnover cleans
- Score each clean against CleanerPlace checklists and quality standards
- Identify issues immediately and coach cleaners on the correction
- Track recurring quality issues and feed insights back to training
- Verify linen presentation, amenity restocking, and guest-ready details
- Document inspections with photos and notes for the operations team
- Work closely with Cleaning Supervisors to maintain consistent standards
- Report any property damages or maintenance issues to the right team
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years in quality control, housekeeping inspection, or hospitality supervision
- Sharp eye for detail and strong standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Confident giving on-the-spot feedback to team members in a constructive way
- A valid driving licence — you will travel between properties daily
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Comfortable using a phone or tablet for digital inspection reports
- Calm, fair, and consistent — quality work depends on consistent standards
Location Requirement
This role is based in Malta. You must be living in Malta or willing to relocate to Malta to take up this position. We operate across all areas of Malta and Gozo, and you will be assigned to properties in your local area.
Residency Permit Support
If you are relocating from outside the EU, don't worry — we will support you with any residency and work permit applications. We have experience helping team members through the process and will guide you every step of the way.
